Overview:iFluence believes that strategy and tactics must be closely integrated for speed, effectiveness, and flexibility. To achieve this, iFluence has developed a process of Action-Based Communications, which we call the "ABCs of Strategic Communications." Action-Based Communications are designed to develop a PR/marketing strategy that can be implemented quickly and cost-effectively to increase visibility, resulting in an expanding membership and funding opportunities.

In close cooperation with clients, iFluence designs strategic marketing/PR programs from the ground up, then translates it into a set of effective tactics to achieve specific communications goals. Our clients benefit from the "ABCs of Strategic Positioning" in a number of ways: Analyzing, Focusing, and Flexibility.

Problem:Change is constant in every business, but when it comes to the web and PR it's lightening fast. iFluence's mission and culture had the foundation for great success in public relations. However, they were lacking in the web space. iFluence housed their previous site under a blog format. Although very informative, their blog structure was not user engaging and did not encourage interactivity.

Solution:Working closely with the dynamic team at iFluence, USA Web put together a fresh newly branded approach for the new iFluence site. The Home Page encourages interaction without leaving the page, and conveys a simplistic but technology driven look and feel. We integrated social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter so clients can easily follow iFluence across its digital footprint. Their clients are their business, so we strategically dedicated a page for each client complete with social media integration. Being a newly launched site, we are excited and confident that the results will be nothing short of tangible excellence.
